The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services between Sport Produktion and its customers. Any conflicting terms and conditions of the customer are expressly rejected. All deviations require explicit written confirmation to be valid.

Ordering process:

All offers on the website are subject to change and non-binding. The presentation of the offered goods does not constitute an offer to conclude a purchase agreement. The purchase agreement between Sport Produktion and the buyer is concluded as follows:

By placing an order, the buyer makes an offer to conclude a purchase agreement, which corresponds to the buyer's contractual declaration.

Sport Produktion confirms receipt of this offer with an order confirmation. We then check the availability of the ordered goods. The buyer will be notified by separate email whether and to what extent their order has been accepted. The purchase agreement is concluded upon this acceptance of the order. Should the buyer not receive an order confirmation, the purchase agreement is concluded when we ship the ordered goods.

You will receive the complete terms and conditions of your purchase from us with the confirmation email. We recommend that you save these terms and conditions, as you will no longer be able to access them from our website after completing your order.

Contract language:

According to § 3 No. 4 BGB-Info, we inform you that you can conclude the purchase agreement in German.

Delivery:

Our deliveries are sent to you via Deutsche Post, GLS, and in exceptional cases via other parcel services.

You order your goods and receive an order confirmation from us with information about which products may be subject to backorder.

With this order confirmation you will receive from us the invoice amount and the account details for your transfer; alternatively, PayPal is also possible.

Please note that longer delivery times may occur during holidays such as Easter and Christmas, and during school breaks; please order in good time.

For delivery to be successful, the customer must confirm the accuracy of the address. We generally do not ship to parcel shop addresses.

If the buyer is not a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, then the goods are shipped at the buyer's risk.

For custom-made products, we will inform you of the exact delivery timeframe. Generally, delivery is subject to availability, even for partial and subsequent deliveries.

Delivery times:

If the item is in stock, delivery will take between 1 and 3 business days after receipt of payment, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You will be informed immediately if an item is backordered.

Payment terms:

Prepayment - You pay the entire invoice amount; after receipt of payment, the goods will be sent to the address you have specified.

Backorder:

Should any products be out of stock, you will be notified immediately. We will cover any fees for subsequent deliveries.

Order amount:

There is no minimum order value and no small order surcharge.

Complaint:

The goods we ship are checked for accuracy of contents. Should the delivered products show signs of transport damage, material defects, or manufacturing defects, please report this immediately, and no later than 3 working days after receipt of the goods, so that we can clarify the matter and resolve it to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

Prices:

The prices listed on the website are net prices (end consumer). These prices are valid until economically necessary changes occur.

Delivery to commercial resellers and bulk orderers is possible, but requires a separate agreement regarding pricing.

No VAT is shown due to the application of the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG.

Price changes:

We reserve the right to adjust prices at short notice.

If an order is placed from abroad via the PayPal button, the increased shipping costs will be charged retroactively.

Shipping costs to German islands and other countries are adjusted according to the size of the package, always offering the best possible balance of cost, quality, and quantity for you. If oversized items require shipping via a freight carrier, we will inform you. In-store pickup is always possible. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We will arrange for incorrectly delivered products to be picked up from you so that you do not incur any shipping costs.

Shipping to neighboring countries - Austria, Italy, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Ireland, Slovenia, Czech Republic:

We only process requests prior to ordering to provide you with the exact shipping details and delivery times. As in Germany, the adjusted shipping fee or necessary international surcharge applies to the respective European countries.

No shipping to Switzerland.

Return policy:

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:

The goods will only be shipped after payment has been received. Your order will remain in our custody for 14 business days after order confirmation. If payment is not received within this timeframe, Sport Produktion will cancel the purchase agreement and charge a €10.00 processing fee. This fee is payable immediately. Exception: If the order has been cancelled within the specified timeframe, the cancellation will not be processed.

Missing information when ordering custom-made products:

Should any information be missing or unclear in your order, we will endeavor to contact you personally by phone or email to clarify this.

Deviations in color and further developments of different variants do not entitle one to a complaint.

Limitation of liability:

We are only liable for damages resulting from a grossly negligent breach of duty on our part or from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by one of our legal representatives or agents. This exclusion of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or from sports production.
