The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services between Sport Produktion and its customers. Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer are expressly rejected. Any deviations require express written confirmation to be effective.
Ordering process:
All offers on the website are subject to change and non-binding. The presentation of the goods offered does not constitute an offer to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract between Sport Produktion and the buyer is concluded as follows:
By placing an order, the buyer makes an offer to conclude a purchase contract, which corresponds to the buyer's contractual declaration.
Sport Produktion confirms receipt of this offer with an acknowledgment of receipt. We then check the availability of the ordered goods. The buyer will then be informed by a separate email whether and to what extent their order has been accepted. The purchase contract is concluded upon this acceptance of the order. If the buyer does not receive an order acceptance, the purchase contract is concluded upon our dispatch of the ordered goods.
Contractual conditions:
You will receive the complete terms and conditions of your purchase from us with the confirmation email. We recommend that you save these terms and conditions, as you will no longer be able to access them from our website once you have completed your order.

Delivery:
Our deliveries are sent to you by Deutsche Post, GLS, and in exceptional cases by other parcel services.
You order your goods and receive an order confirmation from us with information about which products may be available for subsequent delivery.
With this order confirmation, you will receive the invoice amount and the account details for your transfer. Alternatively, you can also use PayPal.
Please note that longer delivery times may occur during holidays such as Easter and Christmas and during holiday periods, so please order in good time.
For delivery to be possible, the customer must ensure that the address is correct. We generally do not ship to parcel shop addresses.
If the buyer is not a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk.
For custom-made products, we will inform you of the exact delivery time. This generally applies while stocks last, even for partial and subsequent deliveries.
Delivery times:
If available, the delivery period after receipt of payment is between 1 and 3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. If an item is backordered, you will be notified immediately.
Payment terms:
Prepayment - You pay the entire invoice amount, after receipt of payment the goods will be sent to the address you provided.
Subsequent delivery:
If products are out of stock, you will be notified immediately. We will cover the costs of subsequent deliveries.
Order amount:
There is no minimum order value and no surcharge for small quantities.
Complaint:
The goods we ship are checked for correctness of their contents. If the delivered products exhibit transport damage, material defects, or manufacturing defects, please report this immediately, at the latest within three business days of receipt of the goods, so that we can clarify the matter and resolve it as quickly as possible to your satisfaction.
Prices:
The prices listed on the website are net prices (end consumer). These prices are valid until changes are made due to economic reasons and necessities.
Delivery to commercial resellers and bulk buyers is possible, but requires a separate agreement regarding pricing.
No VAT is shown due to the application of the small business regulation according to Section 19 UStG

Shipping costs for German islands and other countries are adjusted based on the size of the package, always offering the best possible cost/quality/quantity for you. If oversized items require shipping via a freight forwarder, we will notify you. Pickup from the store is possible at any time. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. We will arrange for incorrectly delivered products to be picked up from you, so you don't incur any shipping costs.
Shipping to neighboring countries - Austria, Italy, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Ireland, Slovenia, Czech Republic,:
We only process orders upon request prior to ordering to provide you with the exact shipping details and delivery times. As in Germany, the adjusted shipping fee or the necessary international surcharge for the respective European countries applies.
No shipping to Switzerland.
Right of return:

The goods will only be dispatched after receipt of payment. Your order will remain in transit for 14 business days after order confirmation. If payment is not received by that time, Sport Produktion will declare that it is withdrawing from the purchase contract and charge a processing fee of €10.00. This fee must be paid immediately, unless the order was cancelled within the deadline.
Missing information when ordering custom-made products:
If any information is missing or unclear from your order, we will endeavor to contact you personally by phone or email to clarify the matter.
Deviations in color and further developments of different variants do not entitle you to complaint.
Limitation of liability:
We are only liable for damages resulting from a grossly negligent breach of duty by us or from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by one of our legal representatives or vicarious agents. This exclusion of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
